Please fix the sound? – Hippo Magic Review

This is really cool!! I love how interactive it is but there’s no sound? I’ve tried deleting the app then re downloading it. I have the velveteen rabbit and would love to buy more stories. I’m not sure if the velveteen rabbit just isn’t supposed to have sound or not so I gave a one star review if there IS supposed to be sound and it just isn’t working. The speakers on my device (iPad mini) are just fine. I can watch videos on YouTube no problem. I’ve tried going into the app settings to see if that’s where the problem was but it there’s nothing there for sound. Edited. The mute button on the side of my device is NOT the issue. Thank you.
