Rough start – Cleveland Clinic Express Care Review

Great concept and the online visit was amazing. Waited 15 minutes. Saw Dr. Diagnosed correctly. Had meds at my pharmacy within 30 minutes. Problem is billing. Had to pay full amount ($55) versus my $10 co pay. My insurance wasn’t listed correctly. Have spent about two hours of my life trying to find out how to be reimbursed so I would give that 1 star. If they get that corrected five stars all the way.
