Not bad for a free app – Yoga 101 Review

This is NOT a great app. But hey, it's a free one so what do you expect. That said out of all the free Yoga apps I've looked at it is the best so far. Especially if you are a beginner. The instructions are generally clear even if the voice can be a tad annoying at times. Not as annoying as the pointless water noise. The video really needs to be reshot, all that background doesn't make things clearer to understand. Closeups would have been better. But as a first go around free app there's promise.
