Don’t waste your time with this App – Official NY Lottery Review

My primary purpose of downloading this app was to check scratch off tickets and every ticket I’ve checked it says “Cannot Process”. Save your frustration of downloading and filling out the unnecessary, prying information they ask for. This app blows just like the state of New York.
