What has happened to this app? – Cool Jigsaw Puzzle HD Review

I love this puzzle app. I play it most days. But a few weeks ago it just stopped working. I can only play the puzzle group that i am on. I cant get to the gallery or any downloaded puzzles or ever customer support. It simply turns off. I have an older ipad 4. I have 299824 pts and 172243 golden puzzle pieces. I have downloaded every puzzle available with points. I really dont want to lose everything. Help!!
