Stopped syncing – Hours Keeper Pro - Timesheet, Tracking & Billing Review

Been using couple years with little issues , Stopped syncing on February 15 , 2019 Contacted support couple of times once got generic response no help If I can get a response and resolve can change rating until then one star . Useless if it can’t sync
