Keeps logging out – OpenTable for Restaurants Review

We have multiple people that have access to our system to see our cover count for the day and it keeps logging all of us out and when we enter the password (correctly) it says the password or username combination doesnt work. When we clearly all know the password and username are the same. PLEASE FIX THIS! Its so frustrating and honestly very annoying it keeps glitching and wont let us log in!!
