Mass Decline In Service – Peek Professional Review
When I first started working with these guys, it was fantastic. In the last year, however, their customer service has dropped off the face of the earth. “24/7 support” is a joke. We currently can’t have guests schedule on mobile (kind of a big deal these days). When it was first pointed out to them, it took several days to even have someone call us back who seemed capable of doing more than offering apologies and assuring us they’d look into it. When the call came that sounded like someone who knew anything, they assured us they’d be right on it. It’s weeks later and we’re switching services. It’s still not fixed, guests cannot book with us on mobile, and no one has reached out with any sort of ideas or updates.
100% wouldn’t trust my business with these people again.
