The app works great and it has all my tours on it. There only one problem, when I listen to music then switch to the app. It blasts a very high pitched sound into the headphones.

I love that Peek has an app! It makes it so much easier to book my customers and their self check in feature is my favorite. Gives me customers the ability to sign any waivers and check themselves in. We use peek as our checkout system and we’ve had no complaints!!!! I recommend it to everyone I know who is on Peek

When I first started working with these guys, it was fantastic. In the last year, however, their customer service has dropped off the face of the earth. “24/7 support” is a joke. We currently can’t have guests schedule on mobile (kind of a big deal these days). When it was first pointed out to them, it took several days to even have someone call us back who seemed capable of doing more than offering apologies and assuring us they’d look into it. When the call came that sounded like someone who knew anything, they assured us they’d be right on it. It’s weeks later and we’re switching services. It’s still not fixed, guests cannot book with us on mobile, and no one has reached out with any sort of ideas or updates. 100% wouldn’t trust my business with these people again.

App is perfectly fine, but....

Is there any way to get rid of the piercing screech this app prompts my phone to emit?? Opening the app makes my iPhone X start playing an incredibly high frequency, and also for some reason sets my volume to max. It serves no apparent purpose other than shattering my eardrums.


App update horrible
Frusterated by Crashes

Since the update today, I cannot open the app on my iPhone despite numerous phone restarts. This is very frustrating when I use the app every day for my business. I always hesitate updating the app because the last few updates have worked HORRIBLE with my iPhone 8.


Crashes with Latest Update

Hey guys. Your app has always worked well up until this point. Since the latest update (yesterday) I can open the app, but as soon as I try to leave the dashboard the app hangs up before crashing out. Hope you can get this patched up soon!
