Waste of memory on my phone – Los Angeles Marathon Review

I’m not sure what LA Marathon did this year to the tracker, but it caused so much chaos for all the spectators trying to track their friends and family. Why you decided to go from real time tracking to text/email updates is beyond me. I didn’t get text responses until hours after my runners had finished. Incredibly disappointing and frustrating considering how much the marathon now charges for registration fees. It’s unacceptable. No need to fix something that wasn’t broken to begin with. Someone on your development team needs to be accountable for this.
