I need help. – Suggester : Chords and Scales Review

I'm kind of disappointed that I'm not able to even create a document. I keep tapping the + symbol, but nothing is happening. Either it was created somewhere I never check, or it's a bug. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, because it may be a great.
