Cannot even select the region – SimplyTastly Review

The app worked ok in the previous year but after I deactivated it and installed it again from the cloud it tella me i need to be connected to the internet the first time I open the app (which I am - tried both with wifi and 4g) and then it says choose your region and that is it - like frozen screen i have no options but to close the app! I am using iPhone SE and the latest OS update... Coca Cola should not have app that does not work properly it is too huge a brand. Please fix the app so that we can use it as we are supposed to.
