Used to be great!? – Marker Match Review

I hate giving bad reviews but, I have tried to get responses twice through the support page so... it used to be a great product but now it shuts down whenever trying to upload an image. I have deleted and downloaded multiple times. Maybe this will eventually get fixed and I can update my review.
