Fun, but can’t figure out level ratings – Sally's Salon - Beauty Secrets Review

This is definitely a fun time on mind looking to pass the time. However I can’t figure out the scoring on the map for each level. The first few level head to Shamrock turn green once completed, but I can’t figure out what is required to do that on subsequent levels, and it’s not in the directions either. Disappointed that I can’t figure it out!
