Game Won’t Ever Load

I loved this game and was immediately hooked until I wasn’t allowed to play any levels ! Anytime I click a level to play the message “Advertisement failed, please try again later” I come back later AND IT’S STILL LIKE THIS ! After reading other reviews I found out that it’s a ploy to get you to buy the game ! If it is a bug PLEASE FIX IT !!

I love how I bought this game before in the past and paid to play all the levels without ads. Now I have to pay again to play without the ads? I ain't coughing up money for this game again. The game it's self is fun, but this payment thing is just wrong.

This game is stuck on "Ads won't load" and will not load the next level. I was getting so far! I hope this problem is fixed so that people may enjoy this game like I do.

Love all these games, but I can’t even start level 4. It gives me the option to play with no ads and when I try to purchase the game, I get an error message saying there is a communication error and there was a problem with my purchase. The “restore” button does not even do anything for me.

Ads are so buggy!

The game is fun, when your actually able to play it. Most of the time the ads stop you and tell you they can’t be generated and to try later. So basically you pay money or you don’t play.

I love this game and I purchased it when it first came out but I stopped playing it for a few months. I tried to go back and finish it so that I can play the second Sally game but now I’m being told that I need to purchase this game again to play without ads, why?? If I’ve already purchased it, why do I need to purchase it again?

First of all, let me say that I love playing all of the Snuggford games. This game doesn’t disappoint, but despite trying multiple times and contacting Apple support, I still can’t buy the whole game. I don’t want a subscription, and I don’t want to watch ads. Please help! Also, how do you get the green clover to light up on the map? I got it for the 1st 3 levels, but then the rest are grayed out. I looked online, and there’s no mention of it. Thanks!

I like the game a lot but everytime I wanna start a new level it says “advertisement failed to load, please try again later” I reinstalled the game I did the levels all over again but I keep staying stuck at level 5 cause the moment I wasn’t to go to level 6 it says it again so annoying might uninstall soon I don’t like it like that ?

So I wrote a review for HM, and the same thing is happening with Sally’s studio. I can’t play pat a certain level. It tells me that there was a problem loading the advertisement. The games are free so it’s not a payment thing. Wish it was fixed. Otherwise love all the games since Sally’s spa, game house is the best

Let me start off by saying I absolutely love Gamehouse games! Emily, Angela, Sally are wonderful stories. I don’t even mind the hefty $9.99 price tag. This particular game has given me nothing but problems. If I’m commenting on what little I’ve played, I think I would love this game. My problems are both technical and purchase errors. In this game when you hit play to start the game, it will either make you watch an ad (which I could deal with) but 90% of the time when you hit play it says, “Sorry there are no ads to watch try again later” you still can’t play. If you click no ad, it’s prompts you to purchase the game. I have tried no less than 10-15 times to purchase the game. I get an error that says, “I’m sorry your purchase did not go through, try again later”. Needless to say I try them both later and I can’t play anything.
