Pretty decent App – Sound Level Meter Review

Although I didn't find a chance to try this app out on extremely loud noises, it seems to be fairly accurate or at least in the ballpark for most typical levels of sound. The only problem I have with it is the panel label that says "sensitivity". The sensitivity knob should actually be labeled "Damping". If you change the sensitivity of an instrument, you change the whole scale of readings. Damping just quiets the needle down to give a steadier average reading which is what this knob does. All in all, I like the app a lot. .
