Just got it and it doesn’t access my pictures. – Animate Me Kids Review

I just got this and it doesn’t access my pictures. I have the Animated me app and that one works fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It asks if I want notifications but never asked permission to access my pictures. It tells me the steps to take to manually do it but it doesn’t work. Please help me, I thought this would be cute fir my grandkids
