Non responsive – Directed SmartStart Review

Car starts only half the time on the first try. Often have to wait for it to time out and then push start a second or third time. App is unable to send emails for help even though it appears to be set up like it could, when I was able to get the information into my personal email the Company is completely non responsive to emails requesting help to resolve an error that prevented me from using the app. I will not be renewing my membership next year. Not even worth the basic membership price. I will be looking for alternatives.
