Can’t Even Log In - Happens Every Time – Backcountry - Outdoor Gear Review

Every time I open this app, I’m met with a red banner notice that says “Sorry, we are having technical difficulties. Please try again later.” I want to support Backcountry, I like Backcountry. But this has more than once moved me to get something on Amazon because I couldn’t access the app. Yet the mobile website works fine. This is confusing, and quite frankly, lame. Your entire business is web/app reliant—how is this a problem that I’ve been experiencing for over a year (even after deleting and reinstalling the app)?
