Please fix!!! ??? – Deep Sleep and Relaxation Review

I love this app because it helps me relax but then one day I wanted to go into the app because I really needed some relaxation and it wouldn't let me go into the app. Please fix this it's such a great app and I really want to use it again again please fix this!!!
