Unhappy – Smart Recorder and transcriber Review

I've used the recorder a bunch of times. Needed to just cut 10 seconds off front of recording. Very confusing how to do this. I selected the 10 seconds used edit to cut and lost the other 25 minutes of an important recording and there appears no way to get it back.
