TURN OFF DATA USE! Clear uses your data even though it can’t access the cloud to sync! – Clear Lists Review

This app has been so broken for so long. I really love the design and concept, but the developers can’t seem to make the sync work. Currently, sync does not work at all, and yet THIS APP STILL USES YOUR DATA IN THE BACKGROUND. Beware and make sure to turn off your data for this app! I don’t know what kind of poor programming is involved, but it is using more data than all my other apps.
