One of the best - almost the best – Cliqz Browser Review

I’ve been constantly on the lookout for the best privacy browser, and Cliqz is definitely up there. I’d say the other is perhaps Endless, but Cliqz’s UI is much friendlier. Cliqz provides a much easier-to-read view of what data points have been removed or blocked, anti-phishing, etc. That being said, something I’d REALLY like to see implemented in Cliqz is an automatic sweep clearing of cookies. For example, the user can set a timer so that every 30 minutes your accumulated cookies are deleted. I’d also like to see the browser updated more often. As of this writing, the last update was 7 months ago, which makes me a bit unsure about ongoing support (including new anti-tracking rules, etc). Though interestingly, Ghostery browser has been updated more recently (owned by Cliqz). There are also some bugs that need to be ironed out. Sometimes a webpage won’t let me scroll, for example.
