Best App For Strength – 531 Strength Review

I’ve been using this app for almost a year and I find that if you stick with it and slowly up your weight every week or two you’ll become stronger and stronger! I’ve been hitting 225 for squats for the past two years because I didn’t know when or how to challenge myself. This app has helped me keep track and improve my squat so much!
