Lifesaver! – Women's Workouts: Weight Loss Review

This app is amazing and has changed me as a person. I’ve always had an eating problem. I would eat once a day or not eat at all and thought to stay skinny I needed to stay away from food. I was so weak I couldn’t workout or even go up the stairs without feeling like I ran a marathon! I discovered this app on social media and thought oh great another workout app! Slowly I noticed all of the progress photos and read people’s testimonies. I gave it a go and I’m so happy I did! The app has meal plans for vegans, vegetarians, and regular diets. The workout plans are for the gym and home!! That was very important to me because I don’t like working out at gyms. The important part of the app was the meal plans for me! I needed something easy, vegan, and filling. You can switch up the meals with so many options available and plan meals for the week ahead. As far as the workouts, I’m always sore and dying haha! The app also has a blog section where you can read about health. Get this app.. it’s so worth it for your health and to start a new lifestyle!
