I paid 30 dollars and can’t access the full version – Faded - Photo & Picture Editor Review

I have a subscription for a year and it still says that I need to pay again when it clearly says on my Apple ID that I’m subscribed to the full version for a year. This is ridiculous, I can’t access the full version. You all should be sued for stealing so many peoples money.
