Nonpro apps – Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty Review

We love non pro apps. I also have the CTBT one. I use an iPad, so for me, an iPad version would be nice. Perhaps one could combine the following into a single app...CTBT, NPT, TTBT, CWC, BWC. How about a news reader app that can download all news on any treaty for offline viewing?
