Poor design and Support – Decanter Know Your Wine Review

I am extremely disappointed in the support provided for this app. I purchased the subscription using my iPhone and was shocked to find it does not support cross device usage with my iPad. I have reached out four times for help transferring the purchase from my iPhone to my iPad with zero response. While I enjoy the app, use caution when considering purchasing a subscription due to design and support issues.
