Treat people terrible, customer support non existent – Squarespace Analytics Review

Not sure how they got this high of a rating, but they absolutely don’t deserve it. Customer service response time is truly unacceptable, as are the responses. I’ve only seen this bad of service from telecommunications companies. Truly anti-small business.
