Very disappointed in Ohio.... – PNC SmartAccess® Card Review

This app itself is fine, works perfectly well with IPhone wallet etc.... HOWEVER, I can’t even rate t because the PNC smart access account is by far THEE worst account one could have!!!! You can’t do anything but deposit cash or direct deposit! I tried to pay my capital one card and my electric bill with my account and it said the payment was processed then returned it 4 times and made me miss my deadline As well as lose my incentive for a higher credit line, the utility payment just would not process at all?! We all make mistakes & need second chances but this account is not it!! ???? Back to Huntington I go..... ??‍♀️
