Hopefully it will eventually live up to its potential – Suspension Isometrics Workouts Review

It provides a fine list of exercises; however, very limited customization. The four provided workouts are ok but it would be great if it allowed to create an actual custom series - it is advertised as it does but actually doesn’t. It allows the user to make a list of “starred” exercises but when selected it begins a random exercise.
