Not happy – Umpqua Go-To Review

I just won’t to get into my damned account. All it will tell me is this person is off line. I don’t won’t a person. It is Sunday. I need to know what is in my account. I don’t need a person to tell me that. I simply won’t to log into my account find out what the balance is and move on with my day. With is the worst way to do on line banking. This is beyond frustrating!!!!! If you right a bad review it will not let you but in a nick name to broad cast your review.
