They say that this app is to help you anytime, but bankers are not often online at convenient times. If you need to use the app in the morning, your screwed. Don’t bother with the app, just call.

I just won’t to get into my damned account. All it will tell me is this person is off line. I don’t won’t a person. It is Sunday. I need to know what is in my account. I don’t need a person to tell me that. I simply won’t to log into my account find out what the balance is and move on with my day. With is the worst way to do on line banking. This is beyond frustrating!!!!! If you right a bad review it will not let you but in a nick name to broad cast your review.

I have to say, it worked much better than I expected. I was able to select my local banker and message directly with them, definitely a value add. Note, this app is not online banking, the person that 1 star’d the app thinking it was mobile banking is an idiot.

Excellent app, excellent service. I needed to reset my PIN, Tommy help me right then and solved my problem in less than a minute... Umpqua Bank is awesome!!!

I got this app so that I could easily transfer money into my daughters account. They don’t do that, they informed me they just give information. So was a total waste of my time.
165 mb of data in one day?

Developers should really warn folks if their app is going to use their entire data allotment in one day. App works fine on WIFI, but DO NOT USE DATA if you have a data limit!
