Sync issues with BG5 for the last several weeks – iHealth Gluco-Smart Review

Over the last several weeks my BG 5 has had hit or miss success connecting to the app. It connects to the Bluetooth OK. IOS is up to date and the app is up to date. I have deleted and re added the device to Bluetooth as well as the app but that has not shown much improvement. Looking forward to the fix. Hard to depend on the device at this point. Thanks have an iPhone 8 that is always up to date.
