Don’t get winnings – Scratch Game - Halloween Night Review

I enjoy playing games that give me gift cards, tokens to trade for prizes, etc. But this game gives you free gift cards while playing, YES! Just play until you get to a spinner that gives you a chance to get more tokens or a gift card. But when I earned a $10 gift card by earning 400,000 tokens and went to redeem it at Amazon I didn’t have a code. The card said refused!? So I wrote a note and told them the problem. They wrote back and said it was an abnormal request. What? I did it just like all my other gift cards and got codes. So why this time and blaming me? I will change my review IF they give me my winnings.
