VIDEO IS INCOMPATIBLE WITH SAVED ALBUM – Grab Pro for IG Review

It keeps giving me this error message that says “Video Is Incompatible With Saved Photo Album” I paid for this app, it was working just fine a week or two ago, and now it’s not. It won’t let me download at all. Please update this application, thank you.
