Blue whoo ?? – Blur Photo Editor Background Review

When I did a photo with the blur I screamed bc I thought it was going to do nothing but it did I would rate this a 5 but there is only one problem on the picture it shows a really blurry and nice my I kinda blurry but it is really nice ???
