Very disappointed – Running Trainer 5K Running App Review

Spent $20 to unlock the entire training series in order to build up to training for my 1st marathon. Used it for awhile with some minor glitches here and there (like the coach not providing prompts when they were supposed to). Now when I use it, it crashes during the middle of my workout and doesn’t log the run at all. The app used to allow you to go back and forth between the app and Spotify (as I don’t listen to music on my phone) with no problems but now it causes the app to refresh apparently if you go to another app....so I guess if you leave the app up during your entire run you may not have any problems but I do and I don’t understand why it’s doing it now and the developers are non-responsive to messages asking for assistance. It was a big waste of $20 in my opinion....
