Does not work – Renfe Ticket Review

I wanted to purchase ticket online as at the station they would only take cash (what year are we in?) and the ticket machine would not take my card (they only take contactless card and my card only has a chip). Anyhow, the app says "We cannot assist you at this moment. Try again later." It does not matter what date or time I select, it says the same thing. Useless. Online none of my payment methods were accepted. I finally was able to purchase the ticket with the Go Euro app and Apple pay. Purchasing a ticket has been a major stress and took up half of my day. Please, Renfe, make it easier for customers from other countries with all types of cards to purchase train tickets.
