Equipment malfunction – Touch4Wash Review

I purchased the unlimited car wash service only to hardly use it because it never works. I literally just tried to wash my car and all it did was spray water at my hood and then sounded the alarm for me to exit. When I tried to contact Scrubs Car Wash via telephone (+1 (352) 337-0413), I found out their number was disconnected! Who do I discuss my concerns to!?
