An updated version should be on every ipod touch for the music lover – RetroTunes Review

There were days that I loved the ipod classic so i could store masses of my music library; but the ipod touch makes the music seem to jump at you with it's cover flow; but there were two things missing to make the ipod music experience perfect. One is the crossfade feature on the previous nano's that just made you want to shuffle all day to music; why it was not added to the touch is a mystery... the other is what is featured here. A retro feel to the music, with the vinyl crackles and all. Just the feature with turntable was worth the money alone. Just love it. You can go to shuffle songs, then turn on your app, and listen to one vinyl song after another. I agree with previous reviewers that just the turn table and the cassette player should be focused on-the boombox & the 8 track are just not rewarding enough. The turntable should have the option to play 45's or an entire Lp at 33 1/3...but having said that, I very pleased with this app and hope that it is a mere beginning. I don't want a camera, or facetime or whatever on my music player; i want more features like these; Apple should pay this app to have it upgraded into the next ipod touches along with crossfade & a personal equalizer for the music lover. They can call it the itouch for music lovers special edition if they want so they can keep the other features for the other models.
