Doesn’t work on the 2018 i pad pro 12.9 – Dizionari ZANICHELLI Review

Not sure what the issue is but having installed and reinstalled the app several times, the app will not open on newest i pad pro—oddly it does open on the older 12.9 i pad pro I can’t find a way to get app support so am using this to try to get some help
