needs update – Lucky 7 and the magic bell Review

So disappointing! I downloading this game for my Mom's itouch and it is not syncing to her itouch. It says it is capable if it has the software version, which we do but it is still on syncing. Unfortunately we can not get our money back. Hope you guys fix this issue because my Mom really would love to play it. Please fix this issue.
