Password reset doesn’t work – Active Directory Assist Review

In AD we have to confirm the passwords with typing the password twice, assuming whatever code this app is, isn’t allowing it. So it tells me it can’t change the password due to complexity or rules of password. However I’m hitting all the correct Length and requirements of our server.
