Purchased unlimited reports. Every time I try to click on a report I am told I need to buy it. Restore purchase does not work, when I try to buy unlimited, I am told I already bought it and to load for free. Which also doesn’t work. So, I got scammed, Paid $’s and get nothing.

This makes my job so much easier. I have received emergency calls from executives who were locked out of their accounts, after hours while at a bar with friends, and I am able to connect, unlock their accounts, and reset their passwords in under two minutes without even missing a conversation. Enabling FaceID means I don’t have to fumble with our 16 random character admin password. I can answer a frantic call to unlock an account, reset a password, or disable a terminated user’s account all with one hand, while eating nachos with the other. Brilliant!

I want to like this app, but I bought this to reset passwords and it just throws back an error to contact support. Would be worth the price if that feature worked.

Update 9/19 Stopped working again. UPDATE 9/18/19 I love this app. It is a life saver for working with locked out users. There was an issue (see previous review) that was quickly resolved. 9/17/19 Was working great until the latest update. Now broke. Dark mode does not work well. Crashes when trying to log in.
Bugs that need squashing

Need to be able to see username in dark mode. When I try to restore previous purchases of the Ultimate version it continues to tell me I need to upgrade to use the reports. Although, these couple of bugs need attention. The app has otherwise been extremely useful.

iOS 13 dark mode does not work with this version, you have to switch modes to see the login screen.
