Spinning wheels on every template – Factory for SliderShow(8000+ Templates,Chart) Review

The templates never even show up. All I see are spinning wheels. I purchased all of the templates, but they just don't load. Impossible to use this way. I want my money back!! What a ripoff. I wish I could give it zero stars. Update the app so it can be used!!
