Horrible non-existent customer service and flaky app – F-Secure FREEDOME VPN Review

I constantly have to recheck the vpn connection because F-Secure’s awesome little app keeps stopping my connection. Did I restart, reinstall, reimage? Yup! Did F-Secure do a good job with this app? Nope! You would think it would auto reconnect but it doesn’t. And when I tried to write them via Facebook, the person manning that line is extremely rude and ignores messages.
