One subscription covers all your iOS devices with the same Apple ID.
NOTE: Your subscription automatically renews unless the subscription is canceled at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at the purchase confirmation. Your iTunes account will be automatically charged at the same price for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period unless you cancel your subscription at ‘Manage subscriptions’ under ‘Settings’. No cancellation of the current subscription is possible during active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

As a long term die-hard F-Secure fan for over ten years, I find this VPN as sadly lacking in its’ ability to consistently provide a connection for my devices. Please understand, I’ve used F-Secure Anti-Virus and other related products, with stellar success, until this product. Unfortunately, the VPN seems to have an extremely difficult time finding a connection, especially during known high volume internet spikes throughout the business day, and such challenges seem to linger day after day, week after week. I used to almost sound like a F-Secure salesman; expounding their excellent products to all who would listen. Yet now, I find myself sourly disappointed with this VPN software, and its ongoing inability to “find a connection”. Unfortunately, utilizing a VPN is a requirement in today’s internet age; I only hope that F-Secure will rise to the challenge of providing a product that will work flawlessly...as their current product fails to connect 86.7% of the time I am attempting to utilize my connection. Best of luck to you at F-Secure! Unfortunately I cannot wait around for your products to work appropriately, I have to fins another provider. ...from a paying subscriber. On 12/03/2020, F-Secure messaged me, asking that I try this app again, since it has been updated. I just updated the app, and because I bet in F-Secure as a business vehemently, I went ahead and paid a subscription fee, so I could try this VPN for a second time. I will update this review in a month or thereabouts, to let anyone reading this k ow how it is working foe me now. To F-Secure: thank you for reaching out! I know you are an awesome company!!! I will try again, and thank you!

I really like this vpn. I think it’s better than express vpn and nord vpn. I am glad they offered ma free trial. I will most definitely subscribe for the 1 year 29.99 plan real soon

Latest Update Fixed Disconnect Problems

4/11/20 - Works well (with open VPN) on my iPad at this time. 3/23/20 - Raising my rating from one to three stars (which is somewhat random), mainly because the pandemic might have affected their ability to provide service (e.g. being overwhelmed because almost everyone is home). 3/19/20 - Very frequent disconnects make it almost unusable- takes minutes to re-connect each time. 3/13/20 - Lately, ability to remain connected to VPN (after being idle) is terrible (with newest iPad - 2019). 12/25/19 - Sometimes fails but not too often (raised to 4 stars) 2/6/18 - Reliability of servers is still an issue (on and off). 5/31/17 - Lowered my rating - Recent repeated problems with connections (to U.S. East Coast and South). The VPN service is extremely reliable (but not perfect). I've been using it for approximately 4 months.

Is there anyway to get a refund? This is so horrible idk what happened to it, it makes my phone unusable and it never connects then everything is off line unless I turn off vpn all together. I’ve never had this problem except for the past week but it’s been a everyday thing. It’s constantly trying to connect. I’ve used suggested locations, I’ve reset my vpn settings. Whatever changes you guys made recently impacted your services in a bad way. Idk if you cut back on servers or changed up using cheaper software but it’s something on your end bc my phone works great without your services but I no longer have protection. I just won’t a refund for the reminder of my subscription.
