Buyer Beware. No Ethics – PCProtect Review

I purchased a promotional $39.95 Antivirus Protection. I installed the product on my Toshiba laptop. Almost one hour later the screen is black with a message referring to a boot disk and cable connection. With buyers remorse I cancelled and received my money back. Tech support is only obtainable by email. I sent an email and about twenty hours later received an email back from Customer Service informing me that with over one million paid subscribers, there’s no way they can offer the tech support, refusing tech support because I had already cancelled my subscription and received a full refund. I called customer service the next morning to be told the same thing.
