Never worked and they won’t respond – Image to Excel Converter - OCR Review

I paid for premium and not once has this app worked - the “support” link is non responsive. I have asked for a refund three times via email without response. I do not believe the app is legit nor are the developers legit. Meaning - criminal. And, I am reporting.
